WASHINGTON U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry strongly condemned the building of settlements by Israel and said it raised queries about Israel’s extended-term intentions.
“Nearly all of Area C, which comprises 60 % of the West Bank, is effectively restricted for any Palestinian development,” Kerry mentioned in a speech at the Brookings Institution.
